Copenhagen Capital A/S gennemførte i efteråret 2019 en rettet emission mod en kreds af eksisterende og nye aktionærer samt personer i selskabets ledelse i henhold til selskabsmeddelelse af den 30. september 2019. Prospektet er godkendt af Finanstilsynet og offentliggøres hermed, hvorefter de nye aktier kan optages handel på NASDAQ Copenhagen. I emissionen blev der udstedt 14.400.001 stk. nye 8% Præferenceaktier 2024 á 1 kr. med et bruttoprovenu på 25,2 mio. kr. Effekten af emissionen er indarbejdet i årsregnskabet for 2019, der blev offentliggjort den 24. marts 2020. Aktierne er udstedt i en midlertidig fondskode, der ved opfyldelse af prospektkravet sammenlægges med allerede udstedte præferenceaktier. NASDAQ Copenhagen optager aktierne til handel med første handelsdag i ISIN DK0030732980 den 2. juli 2020.Selskabets aktiekapital er herefter fordelt på:46.000.000 stk. Stamaktier ISIN DK0060093607) á 1 kr.
