Strategic Appointment Builds on Regional Bank’s Sustainable Growth Strategy

(NASDAQ: CNOB), today announces the addition of seasoned financial services consultant Susan O’Donnell to its Board of Directors to deepen its bench of industry leaders from the financial services and banking industries.

O’Donnell has significant experience in executive and board compensation and governance, with a specialty in financial institutions. Throughout her career, she has advised and educated bank boards and management teams on strategic compensation, corporate structure, shareholder alignment/engagement, and the importance of long-term vision as the banking landscape continues to evolve.

She also spoke regularly at industry associations on emerging practices for publicly traded financial institutions. She is also a board member of Belknap House, a community non-profit that provides shelter and resources for homeless families.
