COMSTOCK RESOURCES, INC. ANNOUNCES PRICING OF $1.0 BILLION OFFERING OF NEW SENIOR NOTES DUE 2029

FRISCO, TX, Feb. 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Comstock Resources, Inc.
