Company’s 3-for-1 Stock Split Cleared by FINRA for OTC Markets Trading

CAMARILLO, Calif., April 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)Qualstar Corporation (OTC: QBAK) (the “Company” or “Qualstar”), a trusted provider of scalable data storage and high-efficiency power solutions, announced that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) has completed its review of the Company’s 3-for-1 forward stock split and cleared the split to be reflected in trading on the OTC Markets.

The ex-date, which is the date that the split will be reflected in shareholder brokerage accounts, is April 28, 2026.
