MCH Group SA: Réponses aux questions supplémentaires des actionnairesAMG Fondsverwaltung AG, représentée par Erhard Lee et en tant que représentante du groupe AMG (composé d’Ursula Lee, Erhard Lee et de LLB Swiss Investment AG, agissant pour le compte d’AMG Substanzwerte Schweiz), a posé diverses questions supplémentaires lors de l’assemblée générale extraordinaire du 29 janvier 2020. Elle a accepté la procédure selon laquelle les questions seraient collectées et feraient l’objet d’une réponse écrite et d’une publication à la suite de l’assemblée générale extraordinaire.En consultation avec MCH Group, AMG Fondsverwaltung AG a, après l’assemblée générale extraordinaire, résumé par écrit la liste de questions supplémentaires et l’a soumise le 11 février 2020.
