Changes in the Supervisory Board of Bigbank AS

The shareholders of Bigbank AS adopted a resolution on 24 October 2023 to satisfy the request of Raul Eamets to resign from his position as Member of Supervisory Board and to recall Raul Eamets from Supervisory Board of Bigbank AS as of 03 November 2023. As of 04 November 2023, the Supervisory Board of Bigbank AS consists of Sven Raba, Vahur Voll, Juhani Jaeger, Andres Koern, Jaan Liitmäe.

Bigbank AS (www.bigbank.eu) is based on Estonian capital and focuses on loans and deposits for private and corporate customers. In addition to its activities in Estonia, Bigbank has branches in Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and Bulgaria and also offers its products as a cross-border service in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands.
