ChampionX Acquires RMSpumptools, Expanding Global Presence in Offshore Production Technologies Markets

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, July 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ChampionX Corporation (“ChampionX” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CHX), a global leader in oilfield technology, announced today it has completed the acquisition of RMSpumptools Limited, a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical and electrical solutions for complex artificial lift applications.
