NKT’s bestyrelse oplyser, at Roland M. Andersen, Chief Financial Officer i NKT A/S og NKT, har valgt at fratræde sin stilling senest ultimo juni 2020.Bestyrelsesformand, Jens Due Olsen, siger:
– Jeg har modtaget Roland M. Andersens beslutning om at fortsætte karrieren andetsteds med beklagelse. Jeg vil gerne takke ham for sit dedikerede arbejde siden han kom til selskabet i 2015. De sidste fire år har Roland haft en ledende rolle i den fortsatte transformation af kabelforretningen, købet af ABB HV Cables og opsplitningen af NKT i to selvstændigt børsnoterede selskaber. Jeg vil desuden gerne sige en special tak for at Roland påtog sig stillingen som konstitueret CEO indtil Alexander Kara startede 1. august i år.Bestyrelsen og NKT direktionen under ledelse af Alexander Kara vil fortsat have fuld fokus på at eksekvere på selskabets strategiske planer for at forbedre indtjeningen.Søgningen efter en ny CFO starter hurtigst muligt.Kontakt
