VAL-D’OR, Québec, 19 déc. 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ressources Cartier Inc. (Bourse de croissance TSX : ECR) («Cartier») annonce la clôture d’un placement privé totalisant 78 386 $. Au total, Cartier a émis 356 300 actions ordinaires accréditives au prix de 0,22 $ par action. Cartier n’a payé aucun honoraire d’intermédiation.
Les titres émis dans le cadre de ce placement privé sont assujettis à un délai de détention statutaire de quatre (4) mois.
