MAALISKUUTA 2020 KLO 20.00Cargotec peruuttaa varsinaisen yhtiökokouksensa tiistailta 17.3.2020 ja siirtää sen myöhemmin ilmoitettavaan ajankohtaanKoronavirustilanteen kehittymisen sekä tämänpäiväisten Suomen hallituksen linjausten seurauksena Cargotecin hallitus on päättänyt perua tiistaiksi 17.3.2020 kokoon kutsutun varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen.Suomen hallitus ilmoitti tänään, että kokoontumiset rajoitetaan korkeintaan kymmeneen henkilöön. Cargotecin hallitus on näiden linjausten seurauksena tänään päättänyt perua huomisen yhtiökokouksen.Cargotec kutsuu koolle varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen myöhemmin.Lisätietoja:
