Cargotec Oyj: Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9. luvun 10. pykälän mukainen ilmoitusCargotec Oyj on vastaanottanut 15. toukokuuta 2020 Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9. luvun 5. pykälän mukaisen ilmoituksen Mariatorp Oy:ltä (Y-tunnus 2690035-7) ja Heikki Herliniltä. Ilmoituksen mukaan Niklas Herlinin perinnönjaon 14.5.2020 jälkeen Heikki Herlinillä on määräysvalta Mariatorp Oy:ssä. Mariatorp ja Heikki Herlin omistavat tämän jälkeen 2 940 067 Cargotec Oyj:n A-osaketta ja 5 400 000 B-osaketta, yhteensä 8 340 067 osaketta ja 3 480 067 ääntä. Tämä vastaa 12,89 prosenttia Cargotec Oyj:n osakekannasta ja 23,13 prosenttia äänimäärästä.Lisätietoa:
