CARGOTEC OYJ, PÖRSSITIEDOTE, 1.10.2020 KLO 9.10Cargotec jatkaa Navis-liiketoiminnan strategisten vaihtoehtojen arvioimistaCargotec on päättänyt jatkaa Navis-liiketoimintansa strategisten vaihtoehtojen arvioimista varmistaakseen parhaan mahdollisen arvon kehityksen Naviksen seuraavassa kasvuvaiheessa. Cargotec tiedotti 6.2.2020 arvioivansa strategisia vaihtoehtoja, joihin kuuluvat uudet omistusratkaisut ja mahdollinen Naviksen ohjelmistoliiketoiminnan myynti.
