MAALISKUUTA 2020 KLO 16.15Cargotec alentaa arviotaan vuoden 2020 taloudellisesta kehityksestä ja poistaa tulosohjeistuksen vuodelle 2020, antaa uuden ohjeistuksen myöhemminCargotec päivittää 6.2.2020 julkistettuja näkymiään vuodelle 2020 koronaviruspandemian ja siihen liittyvien poliittisten päätösten ja hallinnollisten rajoitusten vuoksi. Nykyisissä poikkeusolosuhteissa yhtiö arvioi, että se ei kykene antamaan tulosohjeistusta vuodelle 2020.Pandemian hillitsemiseen liittyvät viranomaisrajoitukset sekä epävarmuuden lisääntyminen ovat hidastaneet asiakkaiden päätöksentekoa ja vaikuttaneet negatiivisesti Cargotecin tilauksiin ja toimitusaikatauluihin. Nykyisen tilauskannan toimitusten ajoitukseen liittyy riskejä, ja näkyvyys on heikko.Aiempi tulosohjeistus (annettu 6.2.2020): Cargotec arvioi vuoden 2020 vertailukelpoisen liikevoiton paranevan vuodesta 2019 (264 miljoonaa euroa).Cargotec on aloittanut toimenpiteet kustannusten sopeuttamiseksi. Toimenpiteet sisältävät tavoitteen johdon ja toimihenkilöiden siirtymisestä nelipäiväiseen työviikkoon ja sitä vastaavan palkkojen alentamisen paikallisen lainsäädännön asettamissa puitteissa, ulkoisten palveluiden vähentämisen ja matkustuksen minimoinnin.
