TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Feb. 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Capital City Bank Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCBG) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $.14 per share. It represents a 7.7% increase over the prior quarter of $.13. The dividend produces an annualized rate of $.56 per common share and is payable on March 23, 2020 to shareowners of record as of March 9, 2020. The annualized dividend yield is 2.02% based on a closing stock price of $27.73 on February 26, 2020.
