Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ): Volta Trucks inleder finansieringsrunda

Volta Trucks AB, ett bolag i vilket Byggmästaren för närvarande äger 34,6 procent av aktierna, har inlett en process kring kapitalanskaffning. Avsikten är att under andra kvartalet 2021 genomföra en nyemission om ca 30 MEUR och att värderingen i sådan nyemission ska vara 400 MEUR (före nyemission). Bolaget har erhållit villkorade teckningsförbindelser på ca 30 procent av det tänkta emissionsbeloppet till den föreslagna värderingen.

I Byggmästarens substansberäkning per 31 december 2020 ingick andelen i Volta Trucks med 43,4 MSEK, vilket vid den tidpunkten baserades på priset vid senast kända transaktion från andra kvartalet 2020. Därtill innehar Byggmästaren ett konvertibelt skuldebrev om nominellt 15 MSEK, vilket motsvarar ca 8,5 procent av det totalt utestående skuldebrevet.

Det noteras särskilt att i alla finansieringsprocesser, som t ex en nyemission, så är genomförande, emissionsstorlek och värdering en funktion av bland annat förhandlingar med investerare, utvecklingen för bolaget och det aktuella kapitalmarknadsklimatet.
