Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (”Byggmästaren”) har genom det helägda Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Invest AB investerat 25 miljoner kronor, och uppnår därefter en ägarandel om 45 procent av röster och kapital i Ge-Te Media AB.Ge-Te Media-koncernen bedriver i huvudsak två verksamheter inom underkoncernen SDR respektive underkoncernen DirektPress. Inom SDR bedrivs hushållsdistribution av i huvudsak oadresserad direktreklam och inom DirektPress bedrivs utgivning av ett trettiotal annonsfinansierade lokaltidningar.  I samband med Byggmästarens investering har Ge-Te Media AB samtidigt förvärvat hela Lokaltidningen Mitt i Stockholm AB.
