As part of the Company’s managed wind-down, intention to Delist from Euronext Amsterdam, the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities.
The Company announces its intention to voluntarily delist (the “Delisting”) its Euro shares (under ISIN GG00B1FQG453) and Sterling Shares (under ISIN GG00B39VMM07) from Euronext Amsterdam (the “Euronext Delisting”) and its Euro shares (under ISIN GG00B1FQG453) and Sterling Shares (under ISIN GG00B39VMM07) from the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities (the “LSE”) and the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the “UKLA”) (the “LSE and UKLA Delisting”).
The LSE and UKLA Delisting is expected to take effect on 1 November 2024, with the last trading date being close of business on 29 October 2024.
The Euronext Delisting is expected to take effect on 30 October, with the last trading date being close of business on 29 October 2024.
The Company anticipates that the Delisting will be in the best interests of the Company as a whole and its investors; and would like to thank its shareholders for their support.
The Company will endeavour to ensure a smooth transition for its shareholders during the Delisting process.
