Børsmeddelelse nr. 14.2021. Udlodning af ekstraordinært udbytte

Efter salget af selskabets aktiepost i Rias A/S består selskabets aktiver i al væsentlighed af likvider. Bestyrelsen har på den baggrund besluttet at foretage en ekstraordinær udlodning på DKK 4,00 pr. aktie, svarende til en samlet udlodning på DKK 15m.

Nærmere om udlodningen

  • Udbetaling sker via VP Securities A/S på baggrund af de beholdninger, der er registreret tirsdag d. 20. april 2021 ved dagens afslutning. Aktier i SmallCap Danmark A/S, der handles med normal valør (T+2) og handles til og med fredag d. 16 april 2021, vil således være handlet inklusive retten til den ekstraordinære udlodning. Aktier handlet fra og med mandag d. 19 april 2021 og handlet med normal valør (T+2) vil være handlet eksklusive retten til det ekstraordinære udbytte.
  • Udbyttet forventes at være til disposition på aktionæ­rernes konti onsdag d. 21. april 2021.
  • Udlodningen sker i henhold til gældende bemyndigelse i vedtægternes §5B.
