Glostrup, Nov. 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — KVARTALSRESULTATER, 3. KVARTAL 2020De første 3 kvartaler af 2020 faldt omsætningen med -13,1% til 370,8 mDKK og periodens resultat efter skat blev på -0,8 mDKK. Resultat af primær drift (EBIT) blev 0,1 mDKK mod -39,2 mDKK i samme periode sidste år. Nedskrivninger i 3. kvartal sidste år androg i alt 32,8 mDKK.Omsætningen i gruppens tre forretningsområder udviklede sig således: et fald i Marketing Output    (-13,5% til 242,6 mDKK) og Bureau (-29,9% til 55,1mDKK), mens den steg i Software (+8,3% til 73,1 mDKK). Stigningen i Software stammer fra opkøb af Scancommerce A/S 1. juli 2019.EBITDA for koncernen udgjorde 26,7 mDKK (2019: 27,5 mDKK). Tilbagegangen skyldes resultatudviklingen indenfor Software-området: og er ligeledes påvirket af Covid-19 i foråret.EBIT udgjorde ÅTD 0,1 mDKK (2019: -39,2 mDKK).EBIT-indtjeningen gik frem i Marketing Output (+29% til 9,0 mDKK),EBIT faldt i Software med -7,3 mDKK til -4 mDKK. Sidstnævnte er påvirket af afskrivninger på køb af Scancommerce A/S, fratrædelsesomkostninger samt en nedskrivning af lagervarer på i alt -3,85 mDKK.For Bureau er indtjeningen eksklusive nedskrivninger steget med 0,4 mDKK, medens nedskrivning af goodwill i 3. kvartal 2019 androg -10,1 mDKK.EBIT fra ikke-fordelte koncernomkostninger udgjorde -6,5 mDKK (2019: -31,25 mDKK – renset for Goodwill nedskrivning i 2019 var EBIT -8,45 mDKK). Stigning skyldes salg af aktier i reklamebureauet Umwelt A/S.Egenkapitalen udgør ultimo 3.kvartal 128,1 mDKK (ultimo 2019: 131,5 mDKK) ved periodens udgang, modsvarende en soliditet på 31,7% (ultimo 2019: 27,4 %).Rentebærende gæld udgør 107,7 mDKK pr. 30/9 2020 (ultimo 2019: 136,3 mDKK).Grundet en reduktion i usikkerheden omkring påvirkningen fra Covid-19 på årets resultat, justeres årets forventning til en EBIT guidance på 0 til -5 mDKK, imodsætnig til tidligere EBIT guidance på -5 til -10 mDKK. Dette ved en omsætning på ca. 500 mDKK mod tidligere udmeldt interval på 470-500 mDKK.Med venlig hilsen
