Bons résultats de l’ensemble des secteurs d’activitéau 1er semestre 2020 malgré la crise liée à la pandémieRésultat opérationnel ajusté (EBITA(1)) : 948 M€,  +3 %Résultat net part du Groupe : 174 M€, +17 %Chiffre d’affaires : 11 612 millions d’euros, -1 %EBITDA : 1 555 millions d’euros, +10 %Résultat opérationnel ajusté (EBITA (1)) 948 millions d’euros + 3 % :Résultat net : 758 millions d’euros, en hausse de +43 %, et résultat net part du Groupe à
174 millions d’euros en progression de 17 %. Il n’intègre pas de plus-value sur la cession le 31 mars 2020 de 10 % du capital d’UMG sur la base d’une valeur d’entreprise de 30 milliards d’euros pour 100%. La cession est comptabilisée en capitaux propres pour 2,8 milliards d’euros.Endettement net : 7 528 millions d’euros en diminution de -1 192 millions d’euros par rapport au 31 décembre 2019 (dont Bolloré hors Vivendi : 4 471 millions d’euros en réduction de
-185 millions d’euros).Amélioration du gearing : 28 % contre 34 % à fin 2019 et maintien d’un niveau de liquidité élevé à 8,1 milliards d’euros (dont 2,7 milliards d’euros au niveau de Bolloré)Acompte sur dividende : 0,02 euro par action payable en espèce le 4 septembre 2020.
