   ·RENOUVELLEMENT DU MANDAT D’ADMINISTRATEUR DE MARIE BOLLORÉLes Assemblées générales ordinaire et extraordinaire de Bolloré SE se sont tenues à huis clos, le 27 mai 2020 sous la présidence de Cyrille Bolloré.L’ensemble des résolutions présentées au cours des Assemblées générales ordinaire et extraordinaire de Bolloré ont été adoptées entre 93,12% et 99,9% des 4 652 041 577 de voix exprimées représentant 93,77 % du total des voix.L’Assemblée générale ordinaire a notamment approuvé le versement d’un dividende de 0,06 euro par action, soit un dividende complémentaire de 0,04 euro par action après le paiement de l’acompte de 0,02 euro par action versé le 17 octobre 2019. Ce dividende complémentaire est payable uniquement en espèces et sera versé le 8 juin 2020.Parmi les résolutions soumises aux votes lors des Assemblées générales du 27 mai 2020, les actionnaires ont approuvé le renouvellement du mandat d’administrateur de Marie Bolloré.Pièce jointeCommuniqué AG 2020 Bolloré
