Den samlede omsætning i koncernen blev 56 mDKK i 2020 mod 49 mDKK i 2019. Omsætningen ligger på de senest udmeldte forventninger om en omsætning i 2020 på ca. 54-57 mDKK. Egenbeholdningen af pantebreve andrager pr. 31.12.2020 33,5 mDKK.

Resultat af primært drift
Koncernens samlede resultat af primær drift blev 15,8 mDKK i 2020 mod 7,1 mDKK i 2019.

Resultat før skat
Resultatet før skat for koncernen blev 13,3 mDKK i 2020 mod 7,8 mDKK i 2019.

Resultatet ligger på niveau med de senest udmeldte forventninger om et resultat på 12-14 mDKK.

Årets resultat
Som følge af ovenstående blev årets resultat efter skat 9,7 mDKK i 2020 mod 7,1 mDKK i 2019.

Forventninger til 2021 for koncernen
I 2021 forventer ledelsen en omsætning på mDKK 57-59 samt et resultat før skat på mDKK 12-14.
