BNP Paribas REIM acquiert auprès de Nexity l’immeuble « Influence 2.0 » à Saint-Ouen, loué à la région Île-de-France

Paris, le 17 avril 2020, 8h00 CETBNP Paribas REIM France a acquis, pour le compte de la SCPI Accimmo Pierre, un immeuble de bureaux neuf d’une surface totale de 25.000 m² livré fin 2019 par Nexity et situé dans le nouveau quartier des Docks de Saint-Ouen, au pied des lignes 13 et très bientôt 14 du métro. Ce bâtiment emblématique accueille le siège de la Région Île-de-France, déjà locataire de l’immeuble voisin Influence 1.0 depuis 2018.Sigrid Duhamel, CEO de BNP Paribas REIM France, commente : « Marquant l’entrée de l’écoquartier des Docks, Influence 2.0 est un immeuble emblématique et de qualité offrant de grands plateaux de plus de 2 900 m². Nous sommes fiers de cette acquisition, particulièrement sécurisée dans le contexte actuel grâce à un locataire prestigieux et pérenne ainsi que pour sa localisation dans un quartier en mutation bénéficiant d’une double desserte des lignes 13 et 14. »
