UPM-Kymmene Oyj                 Pörssitiedote (Liputusilmoitus)   22.10.2019 klo 09.30 EETBlackRockin välillinen osakeomistus UPM:stä laskenut alle 5 prosentin rajanUPM-Kymmene Oyj on 21.10.2019 vastaanottanut arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 5 pykälän mukaisen liputusilmoituksen, jonka mukaan BlackRock, Inc:n välillinen osakeomistus UPM:n osakkeista ja äänistä on 18.10.2019 laskenut alle 5 prosentin rajan.UPM:n saaman tiedon mukaan BlackRock, Inc:n välillinen osakeomistus UPM:stä on laskenut 26 682 915 osakkeeseen, mikä vastaa 4,99 prosenttia UPM:n osake- ja äänimäärästä. BlackRock, Inc:n ja sen rahastojen omistamien UPM:n osakkeiden tai niihin liittyvien rahoitusvälineiden kokonaismäärä 18.10.2019 oli 5,23 prosenttia UPM:n kaikista osakkeista ja äänistä.
