Bionano Announces Results from its Annual Meeting of Stockholders

SAN DIEGO, June 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bionano Genomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: BNGO) announced that its stockholders approved all proposals set forth at its 2023 Annual Meeting, held earlier today. The final voting results will be available in a current report on Form 8-K, which will be filed with the SEC within 4 days of the meeting.
