BIC signe la vente de son siège social de ClichyClichy (France), 11-février-2021              BIC annonce avoir signé aujourd’hui avec BNP Paribas Real Estate et CITALLIOS la vente de son siège social et du site de BIC Technologies basés à Clichy-La-Garenne. Le montant de la cession s’élève à 175 millions d’euros, représentant une plus-value brute estimée à environ 169 millions d’euros.Lancé fin décembre 2019 par BIC, l’appel d’offres remporté par BNP Paribas Real Estate et CITALLIOS portait sur la vente en l’état des sites BIC de Clichy représentant une emprise foncière d’environ 3,8 ha. La signature de la promesse de vente avait eu lieu le 9 novembre 2020.À PROPOS DE BICBIC est un des leaders mondiaux des articles de papeterie, des briquets et des rasoirs. Depuis plus de 75 ans, l’entreprise fabrique des produits de grande qualité accessibles à tous, partout dans le monde.
