Clichy – 11 décembre 2019Modification du capital et annulation d’actionsAu cours de sa séance du 10 décembre 2019, le Conseil d’Administration de SOCIETE BIC, faisant usage de l’autorisation donnée par les actionnaires, a décidé de procéder à :– une augmentation du capital par création de 22 520 actions nouvelles consécutive à des levées d’options de souscription réalisées entre le 1er novembre 2018 et le 31 décembre 2018,
