BI Erhvervsejendomme A/S opdaterede den 12. august 2020 sine resultatforventninger for 2020 til et resultat svarende til en egenkapitalforrentning i niveauet 1,4% – 2,4%.Resultatet for 2020 forventes nu at ligge i den øvre ende af dette interval eller lidt over.De opdaterede resultatforventninger for 2020 sker med baggrund i en opjustering af forventningerne til årets driftsafkast af den underliggende ejendomsportefølje i BI Erhvervsejendomme, da det løbende driftsafkast har været mindre påvirket af tab på lejere grundet COVID-19 end tidligere indregnet.Hovedparten af ejendomsporteføljen er udlejet til solide lejere på længere lejekontrakter. Over 75% af den underliggende ejendomsportefølje er kontorejendomme, og den gennemsnitlige lejekontraktlængde i ejendomsporteføljen er ca. 6,3 år.
