Fodbolddirektør Benjamin Schmedes forlader Brøndby IF til sommer for i stedet at tiltræde i en nyoprettet stilling som sportsdirektør for den tyske Bundesliga og ligaorganisationen DFL.

Benjamin Schmedes forbliver som fodbolddirektør i Brøndby IF sæsonen ud, hvorefter han tiltræder sit nye job.

Brøndby IFs bestyrelse har igangsat processen med at finde klubbens næste fodbolddirektør.
