Etter tildelingen har Fossholm til sammen 100.700 aksjeopsjoner. I tillegg eier han 35.000 aksjer i Belships ASA gjennom sitt selskap Krino Invest AS.Edwin Johansen: 26.900
Etter tildelingen har Johansen til sammen 55.050 aksjeopsjoner. I tillegg eier han 8.001 aksjer i Belships ASA.Yngve Aslaksen Gram: 16.200
Etter tildelingen har Gram til sammen 16.200 aksjeopsjoner.107.600 aksjeopsjoner er fordelt til øvrige ansatte i Belships ASAInnløsningskurs er satt til NOK 6,20 pr. aksje.Belships har en opsjonsordning for selskapets ansatte og tildelingen er innenfor rammen gitt i fullmakt på generalforsamlingen 14. mai 2020.
