Overdracht van 5 kantoorgebouwen in Brussel
in lijn met de reële IFRS-waardeBefimmo meldt de overdracht van vijf kantoorgebouwen in Brussel voor een totaal bedrag van ongeveer 143 miljoen €. In lijn met de reële waarde van de gebouwen bevestigen deze transacties de betrouwbaarheid van de waardering van de vastgoedactiva in deze onzekere tijden.Na de Blue Tower transactie die eerder dit jaar werd aangekondigd, zette Befimmo haar succesvolle strategie voor de rotatie van haar portefeuille verder met de overdracht van, enerzijds, het Media-gebouw en anderzijds de gebouwen Guimard1, Froissart, Schuman2 3 en Schuman 11. Zo haalde de groep haar eerder aangekondigde doelstelling voor 2020 en 2021 van 200 miljoen € aan overdrachten. Andere transacties kunnen nog volgen om de portfolio verder te optimaliseren.1  Er werd een erfpacht van 99 jaar toegekend op het Guimard-gebouw.2  Er werd een erfpacht van 99 jaar toegekend op de gebouwen Schuman 3 en 11.
