Befimmo NV: Befimmo breidt haar portefeuille in het Groothertogdom Luxemburg uit

Befimmo zet haar uitbreiding in Luxemburg voort. De Vennootschap heeft de aankoop van het Cubus-gebouw in Howald voor een totaalbedrag “all-in” van ongeveer 30 miljoen € afgerond. Dit gebouw van 5.000 m², gelegen in de onmiddellijke omgeving van de Cloche d’Or (Luxemburg Stad), biedt een belangrijk potentieel voor waardecreatie. Dit stadsdeel is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (het station en bussen bevinden zich op wandelafstand van het gebouw) en is sinds enkele jaren volop in ontwikkeling. Tegen 2023 zal het nieuwe treinstation Howald een belangrijk knooppunt van het openbaar vervoer in het zuiden van de stad worden met een intermodale verbinding (trein, tram en bus).Klik hier om het volledige persbericht te raadplegen:
