KØBENHAVN, Danmark, 30. marts 2020 – Bavarian Nordic A/S (OMX: BAVA) har i henhold til §38 i lov om kapitalmarkeder modtaget følgende storaktionærmeddelelse, som følge af forhøjelsen af selskabets aktiekapital, der i dag er registreret hos Erhvervsstyrelsen.Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC, Inc har meddelt, at de pr. 30. marts 2020 fortsat ejer 1.844.086 aktier i selskabet, hvilket nu svarer til 3,16% af aktiekapitalen og stemmerettighederne i selskabet.Om Bavarian Nordic
