Banko valdyba nusprendė supirkti savų akcijų, siekiant jas pateikti darbuotojams

AB Šiaulių bankas, įmonės kodas 112025254, buveinės adresas Tilžės g. 149, Šiauliai, Lietuva.AB Šiaulių banko (toliau Bankas) valdyba, vadovaudamasi LR Akcinių bendrovių įstatymo  54 str. 21 dalimi, 2020 m. gegužės 12 d. posėdyje priėmė sprendimą supirkti  779 726 Banko akcijas, turint tikslą suteikti supirktas akcijas Banko ir Banko patronuojamųjų įmonių darbuotojams kaip atidėtą dalį 2020 metais akcijomis išmokėtino kintamojo atlygio. Akcijos bus superkamos biržos Nasdaq Vilnius oficialaus siūlymo rinkoje nuo 2020 m. gegužės 13 d. iki 2020 m. gegužės 19 d. Vienos akcijos įsigijimo kaina – 0,41 euro.Supirktos akcijos bus perduotos Banko ir Banko patronuojamųjų įmonių darbuotojams pagal perdavimo aktus.Šis akcijų supirkimas nėra susijęs su 2020 m. kovo 31 d. vykusio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo sprendimu supirkti savų akcijų.Papildoma informacija
