Banimmo SA : Convocation à l’assemblée générale ordinaire

Le conseil d’administration a l’honneur d’informer les actionnaires, les détenteurs d’obligations, les administrateurs et le commissaire de la société anonyme Banimmo que l’assemblée générale ordinaire des actionnaires sera tenue le mardi 11 mai 2021 à 11h00 à 1000 Bruxelles, Boulevard Bischoffsheim 33.

Etant donné la situation exceptionnelle relative au coronavirus, les actionnaires sont priés de ne pas être présents physiquement à l’assemblée générale, mais de participer uniquement au moyen d’un vote à distance par correspondance, conformément à la procédure disponible dans la convocation publiée et sur le site internet www.banimmo.be.

En outre, nous désirons rappeler la mesure suivante :

Etant donné la situation exceptionnelle relative au coronavirus, chaque actionnaire disposant d’un droit de vote n’est autorisé à voter qu’à distance par correspondance avant l’assemblée générale, moyennant le respect des statuts, sur base du formulaire mis à disposition par la société. Ce formulaire peut être téléchargé sur le site internet de la société (www.banimmo.be).
Il ne sera pas tenu compte des formulaires qui ne seraient pas réceptionnés au plus tard le mercredi 5 mai 2021 par Euroclear Belgium ou sur l’adresse e-mail investorrelations@banimmo.be.

A partir du 9 avril 2021 tous les documents relatifs à cette assemblée générale seront disponibles sur le site internet www.banimmo.be dans la rubrique ‘Investisseurs – Assemblées générales’.
