Auriant Mining AB (publ.) announces date for 2024 Annual General Meeting and 2024 Financial Calendar

The Board of Directors resolved to approve 14 May 2024 as the date of the 2024 Annual General Meeting and 26 March 2024 as the closing date for shareholders to submit to the Board issues for inclusion in the notice of the AGM. 

The Board resolved to approve 2024 reporting dates as follows:

Annual report for 2023: 23 April 2024            
Interim report for Q1 2024: 31 May 2024
Interim report for Q2 2024: 30 August 2024
Interim report for Q3 2024:  29 November 2024
Interim report for Q4 2024: 28 February 2025
