Auktioner over obligationer til refinansiering af RD Cibor6® og FlexKort®

Realkredit Danmark gennemfører auktioner over SDRO til refinansiering af RD Cibor6® og FlexKort® pr. 1. juli 2021. Auktionerne vil blive afholdt den 26. og 27. maj 2021.

Til brug for auktionerne åbner Realkredit Danmark en ny 4-årig obligation uden rentegulv til refinansiering af RD Cibor6®. Obligationen vil på sigt blive anvendt som tilbudspapir. På auktionen skal investorer byde på tillægget til CIBOR 6M.

Den nye obligations karakteristika fremgår af vedlagte bilag. De Endelige vilkår offentliggøres via prospektmeddelelse, så snart de foreligger.

Til refinansiering af FlexKort® anvendes eksisterende ISIN, DK0004615713. Obligationen vil på sigt blive anvendt som tilbudspapir. På auktionen skal investorer byde på kursen.

Vedlagte bilag beskriver de nærmere vilkår for auktionerne samt de foreløbige udbudte mængder.

De endelige udbudte mængder offentliggøres primo maj.
