Realkredit Danmark gennemfører auktioner over SDRO til refinansiering af RD Cibor6®, FlexKort® og RD Euribor3® pr. 1. juli 2020. Auktionerne vil blive afholdt den 26. og 27. maj 2020.Til brug for auktionerne åbner Realkredit Danmark to 4-årige obligationer uden rentegulv til refinansiering af henholdsvis RD Cibor6® og FlexKort®. Obligationerne vil på sigt blive anvendt som tilbudspapirer. På auktionen skal investorer byde på tillægget til CIBOR 6M henholdsvis CITA 6M.De nye obligationers karakteristika fremgår af vedlagte bilag. De Endelige vilkår offentliggøres via prospektmeddelelse, så snart de foreligger.Til refinansiering af RD Euribor3® anvendes eksisterende tilbudspapir, DK0004612371. Obligationen vil fortsat blive anvendt som tilbudspapir efter afsluttet refinansiering. På auktionen skal investorer byde på kursen.Vedlagte bilag beskriver de nærmere vilkår for auktionen samt de foreløbige udbudte mængder.De endelige udbudte mængder offentliggøres primo maj.
