Atsistatydina „Telia Lietuva“ valdybos pirmininkas Emil Nilsson

Telia Lietuva, AB (toliau – Bendrovė arba „Telia Lietuva“) gavo Bendrovės valdybos pirmininko Emil Nilsson pranešimą dėl atsistatydinimo iš Bendrovės valdybos nario, valdybos pirmininko ir Atlygio komiteto pirmininko pareigų nuo 2020 m. spalio 21 dienos.Emil Nilsson (g. 1971 m.) „Telia Lietuva“ valdybos nariu išrinktas 2018 m. lapkričio 9 d., dvejų metų naujai kadencijai perrinktas 2019 m. balandžio 26 dieną. Į valdybą jį pasiūlė didžiausia Bendrovės akcininkė „Telia Company AB“ (Švedija), kuri turi 88,15 proc. „Telia Lietuva“ akcijų ir balsų.Nuo 2018 m. lapkričio 22 d. Emil Nilsson eina „Telia Lietuva“ valdybos pirmininko ir Atlygio komiteto pirmininko pareigas.Iki 2020 m. rugpjūčio 1 d. jis ėjo „Telia Company AB“ vyresniojo viceprezidento – Lietuvos, Estijos ir Danijos (LED) padalinio vadovo pareigas.
