AS Tallink Grupp asutas Leedus ja Lätis tütarettevõtted

AS-i Tallink Grupp 100% osalusega tütarettevõte OÜ Tallink Fast Food registreeris sel nädalal 100% osalusega tütarettevõtte Leedus – UAB Tallink Fast Food Lithuania – mis on kontserni esimene tütarettevõte Leedus, ning 100% osalusega tütarettevõtte Lätis – SIA Tallink Fast Food Latvia. Ettevõtete asutamise eesmärgiks on Burger King restoranide opereerimine Leedus ja Lätis.Tütarettevõtete loomine ei oma mõju Tallink Grupi konsolideeritud majandustulemusele. Tütarettevõtete loomine ei ole käsitletav olulise osaluse omandamisena Nasdaq Tallinn reglemendi osa “Nõuded Emitentidele” tähenduses ega avalda olulist mõju kontserni tegevusele. AS Tallink Grupp nõukogu ja juhatuse liikmed ei ole tehingutest muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud.
