AS-i LHV Group AT1 võlakirjade märkimistulemused

Täna, 22. mail lõppes AS-i LHV Group täiendavatesse esimese taseme omavahenditesse kuuluvate võlakirjade (AT1 võlakirjade) pakkumine finantsinstitutsioonidele ja suurema investeerimisportfelliga teadlikumatele investoritele. Kokkuvõttes märgiti AT1 võlakirju 29 investori poolt summas 23 miljonit eurot, seega märgiti emissiooni esialgne maht 10 miljonit eurot rohkem kui kahekordselt üle. LHV kasutas õigust suurendada emissiooni mahtu 15 miljoni euroni. 15 miljoni euro mahtu ületavaid märkimisavaldusi emitent ei rahuldanud.LHV Group on suurim kodumaine finantskontsern ja kapitali pakkuja Eestis.
