Ar šo AS “Grindeks” informē, ka Nasdaq Riga š.g. 12. februārī pieņēma lēmumu apstiprināt AS „Grindeks” pieteikumu 9 585 000 uzrādītāju akciju (ISIN LV0000100659, Biržas kods GRD1R) izslēgšanai no Baltijas Oficiālā saraksta, par pēdējo akciju kotācijas dienu nosakot 2021. gada 19. februāri.AS “Grindeks” akcionāri 2020. gada 12. novembra ārkārtas akcionāru sapulcē pieņēma lēmumu izslēgt uzņēmuma akcijas no regulētā tirgus. Tika izteikts obligātais akciju atpirkšanas piedāvājums, kas noslēdzās 2021. gada 22. janvārī.
