Liputusilmoituksen mukaan Kyösti Kakkosen määräysvaltayhtiö Joensuun kauppa ja Kone Oy:n omistusosuus Dovre Group Oyj:n osakkeista ja äänistä on ylittänyt 10 prosenttia.Tiedot omistus- ja ääniosuudesta liputusrajan saavuttamisen tai rikkoutumisen jälkeen:Liputusilmoituksen mukaan Kyösti Kakkosen määräysvaltayhtiö Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy omistaa 10 315 917 kappaletta (10,12%) ja määräysvaltayhtiö K22 Finance Oy 2 000 000 kappaletta (1,96%) Dovre Group Oyj:n osakkeista ja äänistä.Dovre Group Oyj:n kaupparekisteriin merkitty osakemäärä on 102 956 494 osaketta.Lisätiedot:Dovre Group Oyj
