 OLVI OYJ                              PÖRSSITIEDOTE 13.12.2019Olvi Oyj (y-tunnus 0170318-9) on 13.12.2019 vastaanottanut arvopaperimarkkinalain mukaisen ilmoituksen FMR LLC:ltä.  FMR LLC:n kontrolloimien yhteisöjen omistusosuus Olvi Oyj:n A-osakkeista on laskenut 4,83 prosenttiin 11.12.2019 tehdyillä osakekaupoilla.Olvi Oyj:llä on kaksi (2) osakesarjaa. Olvi Oyj:n osakemäärä on yhteensä 20 722 232 kappaletta ja se jakaantuu 3 732 256 K-osakkeeseen ja 16 989 976 A-osakkeeseen. Yhtiökokouksessa jokainen K-sarjan osake tuottaa 20 ääntä ja A-sarjan osake yhden äänen.1. Kohdeyhtiön nimi: Olvi Oyj
