Arion Banki: Útboð víkjandi skuldabréfa þann 12. desember 2019

Arion banki verður með útboð á tveimur víkjandi skuldabréfaflokkum, ARION T2I 30 og ARION T2 30, þann 12. desember næstkomandi.Um er að ræða víkjandi skuldabréf sem teljast til eiginfjárþáttar 2, sbr. 84. gr. c. laga nr. 161/2002.  Annars vegar er um að ræða óverðtryggðan flokk og hinsvegar er um að ræða verðtryggðan flokk.  Báðir flokkarnir eru vaxtagreiðslubréf með vaxtagreiðslum tvisvar á ári, með lokagjalddaga í janúar 2030 og eru uppgreiðanlegir frá og með janúar 2025. Stefnt er að töku skuldabréfanna til viðskipta á Nasdaq Iceland þann 19 desember 2019.Verðbréfamiðlun Arion banka hf. annast útgáfuna.
