Arcturus Therapeutics Appoints Lance Kurata as Chief Legal Officer

(the “Company”, “Arcturus”, Nasdaq: ARCT), a leading clinical-stage messenger RNA medicines company focused on the development of infectious disease vaccines and significant opportunities within liver and respiratory rare diseases, today announced the appointment of Lance Kurata as Chief Legal Officer, starting August 10, 2020.  Mr. Kurata joins Arcturus from Mintz, where he was a partner in the Corporate Group and a member of the Life Sciences Practice Group.
