ArcAroma AB: 210426 ArcAromas VD förvärvar resterande aktier av PL Holding

PL Holding AB har sedan årsskiftet minskat sitt innehav om 500 500 aktier i ArcAroma och den 23/4 sålde PL Holding de resterande 91 424 aktierna till Johan Möllerström, VD i ArcAroma. Johan Möllerström gör förvärvet via eget bolag och kontrollerar efter förvärvet 2 014 757 aktier, vilket motsvarar en ägarandel på 16,23 procent.  

Det innebär att PL Holding har avvecklat sitt innehav om 500 500 sedan årsskiftet där 409 076 aktier har sålts över marknaden och de sista 91 424 aktierna såldes i fredags till Johan Möllerström. Johan Möllerström har sålt 20 000 aktier vidare till styrelseledamot Per-Ola Rosenqvist på samma villkor. PL Holdings huvudägare Pär Henriksson har efter affären 103 500 aktier privat i ArcAroma.
