Pressmeddelande 2020-07-10ArcAroma ändrar till ett aktieslag och noterar samtliga aktierSom tidigare kommunicerats beslutade årsstämman den 17 juni 2020 att ändra bolagsordningen, så att § 6 (Aktieslag) i ArcAromas bolagsordning tas bort och att bolaget därmed framöver endast ska ha ett aktieslag, där alla aktier har lika stort röstvärde. Beslutet innebar således att upphöra med uppdelningen mellan aktier av serie A och serie B. Stämmans beslut verkställs från den 13 juli 2020 och ArcAromas nya kortnamn blir då AAA och den nya ISIN-koden SE0014609459.Förslaget att ta bort aktier med olika röstvärde och notera samtliga aktier kom på initiativ av ArcAromas grundare och största ägare, Pär Henriksson.”Vi vill tacka Pär för hans framsynthet.
