Det vises til Aqua Bio Technology ASAs børsmelding 10. mars 2020 om utfallet av en rettstvist i Sverige. Helsingborgs tingsrätt avgjorde at et krav på 12,2 millioner kroner mot ABT fra det svenske selskapet Zona Nordic var uten grunnlag. Zona Nordic har ikke anket dommen, som dermed er rettskraftig.Tingretten fant at ABT hadde brutt en leveranseforpliktelse i 2015. Imidlertid fant retten kravet på 12,2 millioner kroner grunnløst. Retten fastsatte erstatningsbeløpet ABT skal betale til om lag 350.000 kroner.
