„Aprangos“ grupės 2020 m. šešių mėnesių tarpinė informacija

„Aprangos“ grupės (toliau – Grupė) tinklo mažmeninė prekių apyvarta (su PVM) 2020 m. I-ą pusmetį sudarė 86,7 mln. eurų, arba 20,2% mažiau, nei atitinkamu praeitų metų laikotarpiu. Grupės neaudituotas konsoliduotas nuostolis prieš apmokestinimą per 2020 m. šešis mėnesius sudarė 0,5 mln. eurų, kai 2019 m. atitinkamu laikotarpiu Grupė uždirbo 3,7 mln. eurų konsoliduoto pelno prieš apmokestinimą.
Remiantis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu nuo 2020 m. kovo 16 d. iki balandžio 18 d. dėl epideminės koronavirusinės infekcijos (COVID–19) buvo uždarytos visos Grupės parduotuvės Lietuvoje (prekybos centruose parduotuvės buvo uždarytos iki balandžio 25 d.). Taip pat, remiantis Estijos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu, nuo 2020 m. kovo 27 d. iki gegužės 11 d. Estijoje buvo uždarytos visos Grupės parduotuvės, veikiančios prekybos centruose. Nuo 2020 m. kovo 28 d. iki gegužės 16 d. parduotuvės Latvijoje, veikiančios prekybos centruose, negalėjo dirbti savaitgaliais. Šie laikini parduotuvių uždarymai ženkliai įtakojo 2020 metų I-o pusmečio Grupės generuojamą apyvartą, uždirbtą pelną bei atitinkamai – finansinius rodiklius. Vadovybės skaičiavimais Grupė 2020 m. kovo-gegužės mėnesiais dėl kilusios COVID-19 pandemijos ir laikino parduotuvių uždarymo prarado apie 30-32 mln. eurų apyvartos (su PVM), atitinkamai negavo apie 13-14 mln. eurų bendrojo pelno ir neuždirbo apie 4-5 mln. eurų pelno prieš apmokestinimą.Grupės EBITDA per 2020 m. šešis mėnesius sudarė 10,2 mln. eurų ir, lyginant su atitinkamu 2019 m. laikotarpiu, sumažėjo 22,8%.Su „Aprangos“ grupės 2020 m. šešių mėnesių neaudituota konsoliduota tarpine finansine atskaitomybe, konsoliduotu tarpiniu pranešimu bei vadovų patvirtinimu galima susipažinti prisegtoje byloje.
